An excellent 10 horse field provided a suitable memorial race for much-lovedJane Paterson. It was Crack des Noyers and Rhun Wilson who prevailed, but by a rapidly diminishing margin from a much improved Cedre Pierji (Peter Mather), who flashed home late after a difficult journey to pip Amazing (Jason Ali) for third.
